Swimming pool construction requires many different crews working in concert with one another to produce exceptional quality pools. The swimming pool plumbing, electrical and rebar steel are the steps necessary before one can gunite the swimming pool.
With the excavation completed, it was time to start installing the complex network of plumbing. In addition, all of the necessary electrical conduits and fixtures were put in as well.
The Rustic Rock Resort has an in-floor pool cleaning system that uses the pressure of clean water to provide circulation benefits, and maintenance cost savings.
Jim Chandler Pools has the in floor cleaning system hydraulically engineered for each job. The highly experienced and trained plumbing crew then meticulously places each cleaning head per plan.
After the plumbing crew completed their tasks, the steel crew arrived to install the rebar.
Bending and shaping the rebar to the excavation contours the steel crew carried out the reinforcement specifications by Jim Chandler Pools engineer.
The County Building Inspector approved all of the necessary plumbing, electrical, and steel work with flying colors. We could now move on to the gunite phase of our pool construction.
